No Returns on Perishable Goods
All bakery items, including cakes, breads, pastries, and desserts, are non-returnable once delivered or collected. This is to ensure food safety and quality standards.
Refund or Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:
• You received a damaged product
• You received an incorrect item
• The product was spoiled or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographic evidence.
