How We Started
Moving to the United States, we noticed something was missing. The familiar taste of chappati, Bhakhri, bajra rotla, juwar (juwar rotla), and ragi was absent in store-bought flours. In our kitchens, grinding grains at home was tradition. So, we took action.
We imported the highest quality grains and millets from India and started milling them right here in the U.S.—only when our customers place orders. The aroma, flavor, and freshness were immediate — exactly what we remembered.
Growing with Community
We began by sharing our freshly milled flours with friends and family. The response was enthusiastic so much so that word of mouth sparked demand. To keep pace, we’ve expanded our milling capacity, enabling us to serve even more households with the freshness they deserve.
